How do I create an account?

Open the app, choose Register, pick a username and password, enter your invite code, and accept the Terms of Use. KocaX Messenger is invite-based to keep the network safe — ask an existing member for a code, or request one by emailing us.

How do I add a contact and start a chat?

Tap the gold + button, choose New chat, and enter your contact's exact username. Usernames are exact and never listed publicly to protect everyone's privacy, so ask your contact for theirs. Tap Start chat and send your first encrypted message. To create a group, use New group instead.

Are my messages really private?

Yes. Your messages and files are locked on your device before they're sent, and only you and the person you're chatting with hold the key to unlock them. Because we don't hold those keys, we don't have the readable content of your messages to hand over. We never sell your data, show ads, or track you. (For the technically curious: authenticated P-256 ECDH, HKDF-SHA-256, AES-256-GCM, and an independent Double Ratchet implementation.)

How do disappearing messages work?

Open a chat, tap the timer next to the message box, and choose how long messages should last — from view-once and 5 seconds up to 24 hours. New messages in that chat delete themselves automatically after the chosen time.

How do I block or report someone?

Open the chat, tap the ⚙ menu, and choose Block or Report. Blocking removes the contact and stops all messages from them. Reports go to our safety team, which acts on violations within 24 hours. KocaX Messenger has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse.

I lost access — how do I recover my account?

Your account is protected by your password and a personal master key. Keep your master key safe: because your data is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot reset it for you. Log in with your username, password and master key on any device to restore access.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email info@kocaexpress.com from the address linked to your request, or use the in-app profile options, and we will remove your account and associated data.

Do I need ID for alcohol orders?

Yes. Alcohol is sold to adults only. Orders containing alcohol require valid 18+ ID verification on delivery — please have your ID ready.

Where is my order / something is wrong with it?

For delivery status, a missing item, or a problem with your order, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out quickly.
