Workflow automation
One real workflow, working inside your systems.
In an Automation Sprint we build one working workflow — integrated with the systems you already use, with validation, exceptions and human approval where needed.
What a sprint delivers
- One working workflow in production
- Integration with your existing systems
- Validation and exception handling
- Human approval where it belongs
- Documentation and training
- Before/after measurement of the result
Integrate instead of replace
The best automation is barely noticeable: your systems stay, the retyping disappears. We connect mail, calendars, spreadsheets, accounting and industry software instead of moving your team to yet another new tool. Only when a system truly blocks progress do we advise an alternative — with reasons.
Exceptions and control
A workflow is only finished when it can handle odd cases. Incomplete requests, deviating documents and doubtful cases go to a review queue instead of stalling or running through incorrectly. Important decisions — sending, changing, paying — stay behind a human approval step.
Measure before and after
Before building we record what the work costs today; after go-live we measure again. That way you know what the workflow really delivers — and decide the next step on numbers.
