Data Request

You can ask us to act on any of your data-protection rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent.

How to make a request

Email hello@kocaexpress.com with the subject "Data request" and tell us:

• which right you want to use (e.g. "delete my data");
• the email address or details you used when you contacted us, so we can find your data;
• any specifics (e.g. a particular message).

What happens next

We respond within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests, and we'll tell you if so). We may ask a question to verify your identity before acting. The service is free unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you're not satisfied

You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
