Personal review comes first
An applicant provides an alias and contact route. KocaXNetwork personally reviews every request. Only approved applicants receive an access key; installing or downloading the app does not grant access.

Privacy with honest boundaries
Message content is end-to-end encrypted. The service still processes limited account, routing and operational data required to function.
