Intellectual property and suppliers
Ownership, licences, source-code handover and dependencies are agreed per project. External platform and model costs are included only when explicitly stated.

Support and liability
Response times, maintenance, backups and recovery are guaranteed only within an active agreement with clear scope. Mandatory Dutch law always applies.
